Anyone here familiar with day-trading?

it really isn't worth the risk, and to be a daytrader you generally have to be playing with big money b/c otherwise the commissions and taxes will kill your profit (if you have any)

you have to go to a DOS window first btw, if you type ipconfig/all you can see all of your info

Cooking dinner equal to eating out?

I think a good home-cooked meal is much better. The food tends to be of better quality, and you enjoy it more when you're eating it b/c of all the time and effort it took in preparing it.

SBLIVE and WIN2k

Try changing the speaker settings in AudioHQ (in control panel). I'm using a SB Live Platinum on XP Pro (and previously in Win2k) and have not had any problems.
