Does Intel 875P chipset mobos require a new PS?

I'm considering the Abit IC7-MAX3 mobo. Will I need a new power supply? I thought I read a while back that new mobos were going to require new power supplies for some reason or another. Thanks,

either of these a good LCD??

I would never buy an LCD without DVI. My dad bought an LCD with VGA and he couldn't turn off the stretching of the image to fit his display because that option only shows up under the FPD tab.

Question about LCD, resolution, 9700Pro, and HL2.

Go into your advanced display properties and click on the displays tab. Now click on the tab above your monitor and you should see an option for stretching the image to fit your screen. Turn this off and you will be able to run lower resolutions without it being stretched (or whatever you call it).

How do I stop my games from being stretch to fit my LCD screen?

I know there's an option in the display properties somewhere but I can't find it. When I play games at a lower res then the native res, I don't want the image stretched to fit the screen. Can someone point me to where this setting is? BTW, this is for a Radeon 9600 with Cat 3.7's and Windows XP...

Maybe I'll go over to Circuit City and pick up a LCD. They've got a good return policy if I'm not happy with it. So what do you guys think of the newer widescreen LCD's that are just now starting to hit the streets?

I would wait for the Mobility 9600 to show up as an option. I wouldn't settle for the 9200 hopeing it's upgradable to the 9600. Even if it is upgradeable, it's probably going to cost a fortune. You're better off waiting a couple more months. Newer games coming out are going to use DirectX 9 and...

Maybe I should order it and try it out. If it doesn't do what I want it to do then I can always return it. I've read in several places that the 9200 is a souped up (AGP 8, more memory, higher clock) DirectX 8 version of the 9000.

Could a notebook computer run Unreal Tournament 2003?

I'm thinking about picking up a Dell notebook with a Radeon Mobility 9000 in it for about $1800. I prefer the look and design of the Sony notebooks but they only come with the Radeon 7500. Does anyone know of any other manufacturer that is using the Mobility 9000 in their notebooks?
