^ Yeah, I already tried searching for ""firewall" too. Got the same problem of too many posts, all of them non-relevant.
Is there someone else with appropriate privileges for resolving the issue regarding the posts? My older ID which I linked above is gone now... probably in the incomplete ID...
Thank you for partially resolving the issue(s). The PMs and post count are there now but the actual posts still aren't associated with my id ("firewall", not "FiReWall"). Please check if the posts could be transfered and my id changed to lower case.
Missing my post count and id is "FiReWall" instead of "firewall like it used to be. Can mods/admins please check?
Here is my real id: http://forums.anandtech.com/member.php?u=113016
Got a similar issue... Why are there capital alphabets in my id? It used to be "firewall". Now, it's "FiReWall". Can it be changed back to what it used to be? My post count is also missing for some reason. Thanks.
Stop being paranoid, Socio. I don't see you protesting the taboo of questioning holocaust facts in Germany, Austria and numerous other European countries which is legally punishable. Where is free speech then? :frown:
Interesting question. From what is being reported, the sole point of focus seems to be on the Eastern Afghani border. It might be that the Taliban are planning to take the few major Afghani cities under NATO/US control back.

Excerpts:
In trying to preserve Karzai and his government, we are implicitly supporting these barbaric human rights violations. Yet again, another reason why our troops should be on their way back home rather than on their way...
Either it comes from an intense fear of the Taliban or else, irrational fundamentalism. Ironically, the latter makes perpetrators of this idea equal to the very entity they fight. The couch generals here, on ATP&N, think that disproportionate use of might is the answer to every question. The...
Very rational points. Nice post.
I don't see this act by Indian Congress to be anything other than being politically motivated. Elections are coming up and they need to use the anti-Pakistan sentiments to get public support. The Indian economy isn't really that good with all that happened...
As far as deciding who is a terrorist and who isn't, I can't help finding parallels between Hitler's ideology vis-a-vis Jews and the mentality of this Judge in India trying to define who has what right and said person being 'worse than animals'. What makes this all the more alarming is India's...
Agreed. Every human being has certain rights regardless of his or her actions. Dunno about India and its legal system.
Generally speaking, where do we stop if we start denying rights?
And the boot time is the same? If it is, try booting into safe mode and keep track of the boot time while at it.
If there is no significant difference in boot time, try executing 'sfc /scannow'. That will repair or replace any corrupted/missing OS files. Here's a link explaining its use...
Are you implying that Iraqis and Afghans = Taliban and AQ? Way to go to justify your presence in Afghanistan and Iraq. You are one twisted person. What are you? A hired mercenary?
With each passing day, Lemon Law's arguments make much more sense than your repeated failures and saber rattling...
Thanks for the reply, Rossman.
I already shifted one of my sites to Namecheap hosting. It has been fine yet. No issues what so ever. If the "no issues" trend continues, I might shift a couple other sites to them too.
About 500MB of storage, 1GB of bandwidth, FTP access, MYSQL databases, a couple email accounts. Most of all, 24/7 support which is actually present and a 99.5%+ (or around that) uptime.
Any one having any experience with Namecheap's web hosting? Please share any reviews or comments about the service level and uptime.
I tried searching but didn't got any relevant results.
Any help in this regard would be appreciated.
Open up your Ffx profile [docs and settings > [user id] > Application Data > Mozilla > Firefox > Profile > [random folder name] and then open the persdict.dat file in Wordpad to edit it.
I have a software which contains data for various ICs. I want to make it available over a Windows network.
The problem is that the software only works when the year is set to before 2000 (Y2K bug perhaps?). Is there some way that the application is made to see the time as some date before the...
