If you really want to try another software, Surething CD Labeler supports it. I have Surething and it is good, but I like using Nero because of the convenience. One app to burn and label.

Took about 4 days for it to arrive. Works perfect with my Lite-On and Benq burners. All the updates that get posted to Nero's website work...
Try the official AIM web based client:
Aim Website
Look under "Keep In Touch" on the left hand side and select "AIm Express". No install required.
I use it all the time and it works great.
The game has worked perfectly for me thus far.
I'm currently on the planet Telos? trying to find my ship after it was stolen. I'm also supposed to be trying to get into the exchange
Without looking at your code, I would say something is wrong with your loop. Could be:
The program is leaving the loop too soon
The print stmt is only being called after the first check.
I've never been good at looking at other peoples code, sorry.
Make sure they fix your broken caps lock as well ;)
Seriously tho, just call them and return it or exchange it. If your past the return/exchange period, call and ask to speak to a manager.
Agreed. In a few months/years you will think to yourself ". Why did I waste so much of my life on this game".
It happened to me when I quit Everquest a few years ago. I think i put 9 months into EQ. Since then, I haven't played anything online, except for an occasional game of Battlefield 1942.
It it's just a black screen, it could be that your video card settings are setup so that the main screen is another moniter.
This is assuming your video card supports dual monitors and you have them setup to clone each other.
I purchased Nero from here for $3.00:

DVD Decryptor is supposed to be more reliable then DVD Shrink.
I've seen posts on the DVD Shrink forums where people were unable to rip with DVD Shrink, but were succesful with DVD Decryptor
Your router probably can't handle all the connections. Try lowering them in settings, I think the default is 50. Change it to like 25. Also, try downloading/seeding only 1 file at a time.
I had this same probably with a Netgear wireless router. I swamped my stuff to linksys and everything...
Check the mfr's website. I know HP and Dell both provide detailed instructions on opening and servicing their laptop's, including pictures and diagrams. Don't know about any other mfr's, but I would suspect most major ones would do the same.
Suggestion:
If you get really desperate, go on ebay and find people selling your laptop. Then, send them msgs asking if they will mail you a copy of the software for you for a nominal fee.
Another thing is, if you can find out what mfr and model they used for components in your laptop, maybe...
I read something somehwere (sorry so vague) about upgradeable graphics cards coming to notebooks in the future. It said something like you would be able to just swap it out, kinda like a harddrive compartment on laptops now. It also said that they might go in a PCMCIA slot. If it is, hopefully...
I can vouch for that. When I called they had to put me on hold for each of the following things:
To look for the item I requested. I can understand this one, since I didn't have the part #.
To check if it was in stock.
To check the price.
To verify if the order went through?? If you place...
Edit: Probably wondering why I posted this here, well it was a laptop part I needed :)
I really dislike outscourcing:
Called Dell spare parts, was connected to someone in India or some other third world country:
First, I have a hard time understanding the person because of their accent...
I have a similar problem too. I now have a welcome screen that just lists my acct. It has to do with my installation of Microsoft Visual.net. When it installs, it creates a user acct called "Debug" or something (don't remember, not at the computer). This causes the welcome screen to prompt you...
I case anyone is interested, I received my replacement card today. They gave me a 8x AGP card. My old one was 4x. I had originally shipped it via FedEx ground. 2 weeks total from start to finish. Not too bad.
Funny
My PNY Ti4200 just went bad on me. It's freezing everytime I enter a 3D game. Called PNY, they told me it's probably the memory on the card going bad and they will replace it. They offered to cross-ship if they have the card in stock for $30 non-refundable fee. I declined and decided to...
