Hi, I have a fresh install of redhat linux 7.2 and i know that is all i could get, shoulda got freeBSD but whatever.... Anyways, i am having troubles trying to decide which drivers i need and how to install. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Your funniest CS kill -- stories

when you see a person spinning constantly it means he has an older intellimouse with old drivers. I know this cause it always happened to me, especially on really bad surfaces...... Funny to watch tho

hard drive coolers

I was just wondering why hard drive coolers are put into the 5.25 slot in a case and are then called hard drive coolers? Well, wouldn't that be a cd-rom cooler?

Compaq 5220

No, linux hasn't been on it I think the LI is an error code, for that bios. I'm still sux, by the way don't buy a COMPAQ whatever you do.

Oh yeah, after i get the compaq bios screen, i get a blank screen that only says LI. This screen just stays there until i reboot.

powersupply for overclocking

agreed, i just bought a amd 1.33MHz cpu and the first thing to go on my computer was the powersupply. However, it is up and running now. The p3's don't take up much power, you'll be fine with a 250W PS. Whiskey, the cause and solution of all problems...

Hi all, my second post. Try to take it easy on me. I just bought two 256M sticks of micron ram and I tried to put it into my EP-8KTA3PRO mobo but when I started up my computer, the bios only detected one of the ram sticks, win2k also said the same thing. I've tried different slot combination...
