acronis true image, any good?

Can TI create a bootable DVD with the Image file on the DVD? I can't quite figure out how to create a bootable DVD with my C: image file so I can have a single disk restoration...

I wonder if this thing has problems with using differnet antennas. I have seen some folk attempting to use the silver sensor or other fancy HDTV antennas with no luck. I am not knowledgable about resistance and impendence but could using a differnet antenna be out of spec with what the cards...

Yes....I recomend the Belkin FM TunecastII to broad cast the directions to a radio station on your car radio. I just got the belkin tuner for my dad this year for the PDA and GPS I got him last year. It works Sweet.

Thanks, seemed to work. I haven't burned, as I hate wasting DVD media just to try something. Gotta wait for some movies of mine to be crunched into divx. The drive no longer clicks and goes crazy when I stick a -R disk in it....looks promising.

when you flashed the drive on your 8600 what was it on? I have tried backing up my firmware, and I have tried both primary (master and slave) and sec (master and slave) and I can't figure out why it isn't writing the file .bin for back up....i run the exe and it just works for a sec, and...

Update, the 6500a drive that shipped with my dell, will NOT do -R media. Does +R media just fine, but refuses to do -r Media. Some it doesn't recognize, some it burns, but the disk is a coaster....can't figure it out. The media does just fine in my sony 4x and my toshiba 4x drives....
