This is just a sidenote. I read some time ago about the Babylon Gun. It's projectiles were not meant to be rockets or missiles, but plain "bullets", those would have propellant merely to eliminate the huge drag that a 1000mm supersonic projectile would have right after it leaves the barrel on...

Window Update Patch = System Slowdown!!

Thank you MrGamer7934. I've been troubled because of my comp has been on it's ass for some time now. IE and OE etc. took forever to load up. I really thougt it was I who was doing something wrong. How stupid of me, I forgot I'm dealing with a M$ product. Hehheh. A fix on a fix on a fix...

Japan they have tried to use rings as big "batteries" to store energy, it is not as strange as it sounds and it is possible that this will be used commercialy. ------------------------------- Now where does that energy to keep the system cool come from? I see no perpetuality there.

are all transistors in a cpu the same?

This is an odd question,but can a cpu be completely halted and still hold the state of the logic on the chip?I mean shutting down the clock and then start it again with no extra fuss.(P4?Crusoe?) Just popped to my mind when I read the piece of static logic.
