mdchessne, were you born stupid, or are you just another republican pigot. It doesn't make any difference though. Arsewipes like you are meaningless anyway.

Some of them can also have a zipper in their back. I know that for sure because I've seen one like that.

    Saddam's super gun

This is just a sidenote. I read some time ago about the Babylon Gun. It's projectiles were not meant to be rockets or missiles, but plain "bullets", those would have propellant merely to eliminate the huge drag that a 1000mm supersonic projectile would have right after it leaves the barrel on...

help in calculating data transfer rate in bps...

Oh you pity sissys, you are all so smug. An earnest guy asking a simple question, which gould have been answered in a single post, with few words and numbers. And what did you do. Laughed at his "ignorance". Congrats Pete, you clown. And all your fellow jerks.

Would this work? (zero-gravity perpetual generator)

FishTankX, how about the heat of the sun and the the other stars and galaxies and the bursts from black holes etc.? Where will you get that nice enviroment for a perpetual machine?

Would it be possible to make the cells of memory that want to be "on" rather than "off"?

No, I don't mean that it would be too expensive. It's just that nobody knows how to make memory out of molecules. If someone would know (or will), it would be quite cheap to produce(I think). A fly's brain can hold quite amount of data, and even processing power, and it would take only sugar and...

Would it be possible to make the cells of memory that want to be "on" rather than "off"?

My point is that electro-chemical or biolgical systems react very slow compared to a system of transistors. The power of our brains, for example, is of it's remarkable parallelsmim, not the speed of the neurons. A molecule can hold it's state indefenitely, but changing it's state takes...

Would this work? (zero-gravity perpetual generator)

Japan they have tried to use rings as big "batteries" to store energy, it is not as strange as it sounds and it is possible that this will be used commercialy. ------------------------------- Now where does that energy to keep the system cool come from? I see no perpetuality there.

    EEPROM programmer

EEPROM. Electronically erasebable prom. So no UV needed, just circuitry to make the erasing and reprogramming.

Would it be possible to make the cells of memory that want to be "on" rather than "off"?

Molecules do consume or relieve energy every time they change their state. There is no perpetual machine there. IMHO.

Would it be easier to cut an apple in a 4 dimensional universe.

The 4th dimension was Einstein's plot to confuse the Vogons. Nothing more, nothing less. Not all things have to be complicated.

    What is the deepest fractal?

C+Z(n)^2=Z(n+1) . Repeat that enough many times to reach an exponent of -4952. You'll have almost 5000 leading zeros followed by 19 meaningfull numbers. Now what would the cumulative error be? IMO the picture would look more like uncle Joe then Mandelbrot set.

I didn't clean install even though I...

are all transistors in a cpu the same?

This is an odd question, but can a cpu be completely halted and still hold the state of the logic on the chip?I mean shutting down the clock and then start it again with no extra fuss.(P4?Crusoe?) Just popped to my mind when I read the piece of static logic.
