I did the same thing as tbogstad except I got them to take the 12% off coupon too. My local CompUSA did a PM, accepted the 12% off coupon and CompUSA has a $30 mail-in rebate until 11/18/06. So, it came to $142.52 OTD minus $30 rebate = $112.52

Not a bad idea. I'm actually thinking my wife's hot glue gun would be useful for securing the battery in its holder.
The prong broke cleanly, not even a "stub" per say....so not much to solder. I think a quick drop of solder on the battery top won't be enough to heat the battery too much...
Snapped off the battery prong while removing old battery. Any suggestions on a fix?
Figured I'd solder a wire to the "stub" of the old prong to the battery itself if need to.
