i'd say it not impossible. The reason i say it's possible because my friend gf from Malaysia was approved for visitor VISA and actually came here last month without any problem with the immigration. My friend, he's phd student and i dont think his income is alot.

you have to pay them because they will charge you a late fee. What I dont understand is how -ve * +ve value = +ve?? If they charge you late fee, the will owe you more, right?

hahahha ... nvr ever uninstalled IE if you still want to use winXP. Anyway, right now i'm using all three of them - IE, Opera and mozilla firebird. IT's really hard to choose the best but i set Opera as my default.
