I ran 1.5 miles in 11:02 today

That's pretty friggin good... I can only do it a little over a minute faster. I am close to 10 yrs younger though! And to think... when I was training a lot more (bad knees) I was only at 9:45 pace or around 20mins flat for 5ks.

Does drinking beer make you fat?

When I have beer and don't get off my @$$ and do some cardio and keep eating fast food... I'm pretty much done for... my waist blimps out pretty darn fast... they don't call it beer belly for nothing. Man, and it used to be so easy to maintain my 29" waist... I'm gettin old.

Sounds like a trip to Tirerack to pick up some summer tires on rims is in order. Then buy a set of winter/snow tires to go on your steelies. You'll be a boatload safer in bad weather. Dedicated snow tires are WORLDS better than "all-seasons." A nice K&N drop-in replacement filter is...

Yup... first try to resolve the situation with the dealer management directly... be polite but firm. Being an @$$ usually doesn't get you results. If they don't deal with it, up the ladder you go to Honda Corporate. Personally, you can make a very good living NOT screwing over every customer...

I have a feeling that they won't really like it that much even though it will crush a 911, M3, etcetc. They'll jabber on about "Xfactor" or being a crappy American car... ride too harsh and interior sucks etcetc. They just don't understand... besides, the ride wasn't bad on the ZO6 for what...

Anyone here drink Bass Ale? Tried it for the first time.

I really like English ales... Bass is pretty darn good for a mass produced brew, esp fresh... fresh is tough with lots of brews. You now have to complete the Guiness company collection... Guiness Draught and Harp lager. Yumyum. :D

Owned Panasonic, Sony, VTech, Uniden, and AT&T. Do NOT buy Sony, Vtech or AT&T... they SUCK. The 2.4GHz Panasonic I own is great... but I don't have a wireless system in my house yet. The Uniden is 2.4GHz too... I do wish the battery life were a little longer, but I guess you have...

That might be GM Dexcool... which is a PITA. You can flush it out and use nice cheap standard ethylene glycol mixs in most cases thankfully.

That's kinda odd... that doesn't make it too easy to tell if it's getting dark from dirt and contaminants. Toyota uses crayon red btw. What other weird OE colors do we have? EDIT: coolant is coolant... so long as it's not crappily made/formulated. Prestone works for me.
