VERY WEIRD laptop battery problems!

I had the same problem on a Latitude ran the harware tool that came with the Laptop to no avail. Called Dell and they sent out a new motherboard the next day then a tech called as to when I wanted him to come over and replace the board. He did so and the unit is working like a champ now. BTW...

Drive letter distribution 2K and XP

Right click on my computer click on manage then sel disk management under storage. Same as 2k but unless you changed the start menue back to windows standard you have to right click my computer on start menue. Bigguy1

woohoo! WA has snow

We don't usually get snow here on the Western side of the Cascades. It is now 10:00 on Fri and it is still snowing we have 12" and rising. What a site! There are not many cars moving in my area, Olympic Penninsula. I shure don't know about the WAHOO part! :frown: Bigguy1

Win2K shutdown problem!!!help please

How do I make a startup disk in Win2k?
