are you exercising outside during the winter?

My gymclass teacher gave me this tip: Climatize yourself by staying outdoors about 10 minutes before you begin your run. Things like running on the spot (looks stupid, I know...) will keep you warm while adjusting the rest of your body to the climate.

What was your FIRST COMPUTER and how much did it cost?...we've come a long way.

It wasn't that long ago I bought my first one. A real crappy IBM Aptiva PII 400 MHz. One of those you got by letting it come of your salary. At the time it was claimed to be worth about $4000 (though I seriously doubt it! :D )
