Rather than buying the Epson Stylus 785epx at Buy.com ... get it at Dell.com and you'll pay $45.96 (which includes shipping). For details, check out this thread: Epson 785exp Deal At Dell.com
Plus there was no sales tax for me on the Epson ... excellent deal, IMHO
Right on! Just bought the camera ... seems like a good solid deal, very simple, user-friendly and I just love buying from Costco.
The printer sounds like a solid deal also ... thanks all!!
From a raincheck, I just picked up 2 of the Fuji 50-spindlepacks for $20 at BB .... guess they gave me the mail-in rebate on the sport .... just wondering if this $5/pack rebate is available anywhere online. Thanks!
Gabbage - go here .... MS Office For STUDENTS
Seems pretty clear that its K-12 and beyond .... and besides, why would it just be applicable to college students??
So most of the new desktops come with MS Works which is not great as I'm looking for MS Word and Excel. Figure I need to buy the MS Office bundled software. Best deal I have found was at Costco for $129 - the academic version (hey, my kid's in 1st grade - its all legit). Just wondering if there...
Thanks for the insight ... yeah, it has an integrated Intel Direct AGP 3D graphics vid card, but I'm not a gamer, so that part is fine for me. Basically will use it for email, surfing and burning music. The SDRAM is expandable to 512MB.
I think the best part is the "no-questions-asked" return...
Seems like alot of techies here ... so what do you guys think of this deal from Costco? Solid? Fair? Weak? Great? Skip it and just get a Dell??
