IDE Transfer rate

If you have a ATA133 mobo with one primary HD at ATA133 and a secondary at ATA100 are they both limited to ATA100? If you have a link to the answer to this it would be great.

Thanks FrustratedUser, I will look into that. I am making a peltier cooler for aerospace apps. which is why I need it for really low temps. Those silver compunds will not work at a low enough temp, however I am in contact with some of those companies.

A paste like substance or rubberish would be great. Something that won't freeze when in those low of temps. I need to allow for expansion and contraction between the two surfaces.

Superfluous case fans?

I am thinking about getting that 3-window Al kingwin case. The damn thing comes with 2 front, 2 rear, and 1 top fan. Now that is excessive. I doubt I will be running all of them. Add to that cpu fan, 2 PS fans, and a GPU fan I wont be able to stay in the same room.

Well you could say that but then you get a bunch of complaints about how someone isnt from China and how dare you make that assumption and so on. So the ricer related comment works better.

Clock speed doesnt = computing power. One chip could multiply 2 numbers in 30 steps running at 500 MHz while another processor layout can do the same operation 15 steps while running at 350 MHz. After doign that a few thousand times the second proc will be done first. That is why we use...

There are quite a few people out there doing this. They take a car with a small frame. Buy new body panels and a used engine from a nice car. You there for have a nice looking car with some performance for a hell of a lot less than a real sports car. However, it often isn?t because of money but...

Which processors fit my motherboard

I am looking to upgrade this PC. Is has a P3 600E in it currently, socket 370. The motherboard is a Mitac Luxor, some damn off brand that IBM put in, there are no specs on the site. It has an SiS 630 chipset. Will a 1.2 GHz TUALATIN fit or can I only go up to a 933 MHz??
