I can personally vouch for the defective drives issue. Of all my friends who had IBM drives in the past year, almost all of them

Looks like they made a pricemistake and charge me $21 for the thing. With the $20 rebate, bagged this puppy for $1. Sweet. It did take them 2weeks + to shipped it to me but for the price, I'm not complaining.

Anyway, don't have a receipt to claim the rebate. Can I go to BB or CC B&M to
