Alright I figured it out it turns out that runing the default clock speed of the 475Mhz GPU and 950Memory the card is unstable and I reduced the memory to like 700mhz and games etc stoped messing up. I suppose the memory on the card is defective and I need to return the card.
Alright guys if I don't plug in the extra power cord I can go into games fine and without problems but as soon as I plug the extra power connector to the card it craps out and games etc get messed up graphics corruption, doesn't display everything it's just blank and so on.

yea I have tried overclocking it with a MSI 865PE Chipset mobo and Samsung PC3200 ram I can't get it more than 2.8Ghz stable maybe it's the ram dunno. Yes it's a boxed version.

Yea that did it I suppose. It stilll displays Dolby Prologic Opt but whenever I play a DVD it scrolls DOlby Digital 2/0. Anyway the sounds are much better now with the dvd. Thanks.
There is also one more problem. Everytime I test my speakers in Audio HQ the sound will only come from front left and front right the center channel and the rear speakers don't work with the tester.
