Limiting Sharing Bandwidth in XP

Is there anyway to limit the speed at which someone can get files off my computer? I'm on a campus lan and think we should all share and everything but last night i couldn't play MOHAA because my cpu was getting owned by ppl leeching off of me. I have a program called netwatcher or something...

Network card holding me back?

My dad told me to get this book called Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand. Just finished all 1000+ pages and damn what a good book about capitalists vs. "social" minded peoples. And get this! I go online to the website provided in the book and there is an essay contest about the book. Pretty cool...

How many hours do you sleep per day?

Why Buy Warcraft III Retail?

Well bnetd was used by some people at lan parties, cause bnet doesn't allow multiple ppl with the same ip. It had orignally a good intention but was manipulated by warez folk so that everyone could play warez'd copies of the beta release. They have the right to do it though, no doubt

Video Problems with Jpegs

Everytime i load a page that contains jpegs, it loads the picture but with all sort of lines and the color is distorted. i reinstalled the drivers, then reinstalled xp and it still does it. It only happens on jpeg's and no other format. Dunno whats going on and please help!
