A lot of the stores have posted that the ad was a mistake and are no longer honoring the price. The ram will ring up at $99.99 and no rebate will print out for it. The rebate on the OD site is for the PC100/133. So the rebate may not be honored.
But you may get lucky -

I help a pal build a computer last weekend using this case. I was impressed with it for the cost. AMD 1600 on abit MB - very cool and stable so far. Case is well constructed. Power supply fan is quiet.
