    hey i put together my old k6-2 400 for my girlfriend to use. i used to have it running just seti for a while and it would do a WU in about 22 hrs i cloned her hdd on to the one i gave her, now when i run seti on that machine it says 65 days to complete a unit? whats up with that? i thought it...

    reboots with divx?

    im using 2k pro, with the divx 5 codec. its really annoying. everything else works perfectly, rm files, mpg files, its just divx that does it. divx is really cpu intensive right? via hardware monitor says my cpu goes up to 47 C when playing divx movies. thats not too hot is it?

    i went with my family years ago we stayed at the sheraton, pretty nice hotel. nice pools and whatnot. im sure its changed quite a bit in the 10 or so years. but the beach and water in cancun is primo. should be a good time.

    do you hate via and why?

    via is good ive used two mobos with via chipsets. had some crackling problems with sound blaster live value and the mvp3, pci latency patch fixed it right up, sets the pci latency to 0. no problems at all with the sb live value with the kt133a chipset, at least 4 me. via and AMD rock. Intel boo.
