Motherboard / CPU combo not workin

A friend wants to upgrade, so he buys a P4 3.8 ghz (570j), and an intel D865Gsa. It wont work, looks like the motherboard wont take a cpu faster than 3.6 ? Hes gotta replace the board? Anyone wanna offer a suggestion ? He needs ddr400, AGP8x, and lga775 support..

Ive already submitted this question to t-mobile and got no response, so I figgured I`d ask here. I have a t-mobile sidekick, and im about to get a t-mobile sidekick II. If I copy/clone the sim card, will they both work at the same time? I would expect them both to have the same phone...

USB -> IDE

Anybody else use one of these fuity things? Ive got this external enclosure, no brand name on it, just says ME-320 Series. Inside of it, ive got a maxtor 160gig ata133, 5400RPM drive. When i copy alot of stuff to that drive, Xp says "Delayed Write Failed" then something about data...

What's the max length of Cat5 (fastcat) cable before it needs to be boosted/amplified?

100 meters or 328 feet is the recommended max for cat 5/100Mbit. The signal prolly wont be completely useless if its just a little bit too long, but it will be serioulsy degraded. -Verb

i would question a waiting period on this laptop. Ive shown you guys packing slips, so at least 1 has shipped. In theory, they should have a whole bunch of them right now. That is, if they do that "collect orders, then order in bulk" trick.
