    I'm pretty sure you (often) can just put the files on the DVD as data files and they play. Just like some TV's do it when you stick in a USB drive. I think this is an old feature - so old they don't even mention it except on page 47 of the user manual.

    I had tried screenshots, but the image end up smaller, a little cut off, and without the nice white background. They seem to be very slightly better - saved it as jpg. I just tried saving the ss as gif and find when I reopen it there is an awful dotting pattern - mainly across the skin color.
