Matching RAM modules on 865PE chipset mobos

Yes, the fan is working and from visual inspection, there is nothing wrong with the card. I mean.. the computer boots into windows fine.. if theres something physically wrong with the card such as a broken capacitor I don't think it would even boot.

bad 3Dmark scores after 146Mhz fsb help!!!

Here's a guess.. when you go over 146mhz fsb, your agp/pci divider goes from 1/4 to 1/5 so that your pci bus doesnt go too much beyond spec. So basically, at 146mhz, you were looking at 146/4 = 36.5mhz pci, 73mhz agp bus speed while at 147mhz, you have 147/5 = 29.4mhz pci, 58.8mhz agp. The...

Thanks for the suggestion, but this board won't even POST. Sorry for not being clear, but the ASUS voice diagnostic only plays when theres a problem that prevents the computer from POSTing. I've tried the default jumper settings and know for sure that the memory modules work because I'm using it...

Can't boot after replacing HD/switching computers

Yea, I understand in winxp you have to reactivate if u switch a significant amount of hardware, but in my case, I had Win2k installed. I assumed I could just take the HD, connect it to another comp, and boot off it.
