Calling Linux Guru's

Do you have two CD icons on your desktop? If there is a little green arrow on the bottom, the drive is still mounted and you can't open a mounted drive. Easy Way -> Right click the CD icon and click unmount, then you should be able to eject the disk. Hard Way -> In a term box, type umount...

It seems Dnet has changed the html tags that you can put in your personal stats page. Their tags are more like what you would use on a BBS site, so regular <tags></tags> don't seem to work anymore. I just wanted to bring it to your attention. KW Sighting! :Q

Sort of OT - question about dual CPUs and OSes

Why don't you "Triple" boot, and throw Linux into that mix. ;) I'd then use the "Grub" boot loader to select which OS to boot. :cool: No matter which OS your in, you should be able to use the same Seti WUs. You'll just need to install what ever you need to run Seti in each different OS. If...

What is..."Kseti"...?

Floppy distros are out, CD images are in. I've not given up on running Seti from a small Linux disro, but I have scraped tring to put it all on a single floppy. My biggest problem is finding the time to mess with it.
