Will this work with THIS wall mount? I'm going to just be using this watching TV in my office (Background noise TV, not serious movie watching) so this doesn't have to be a top end monitor, I just want to get rid of this HUGE 19" CRT that wasting space here.

I have a little shuttle box that I have been using as a TV box with a Winfast tv card I was planning on installing MCE on. I have a theater 550 and radeon 9800 pro I can put in it, but I'm wondering if my 1.1 gig AMD will be fine for just watching TV and recording stuff. My other option is...

Hauppuage PVR 150 question.

jevans64, The reviews for that look good for the hardware, but it looks like the software is a bust. I guess I'll look at some of the programs you mentioned. I'm running this on an old 1.1 gig AMD chip, so I don't have to worry about the hyper-threading stuff.

So what's the difference between these? Which one do I want for just watching TV and recoding programs? I have a Leadtek card now which works fine for watching TV but even when it worked (It hasn't for awhile) the recoding quality sucked. So which do I want? Model#: 1042 Model# 1045

Crap... I waited too long and now they are OOS! GRRRRR. I drove around to a couple costco's seeing if I could find one locally, when I could I just came back home to buy online. I was checking specs compared to the DELL and poof, they were all gone.

A little upgrade help please, I'm confused.

I have no idea how that got in there, I wrote that late last night and I'm not sure if it was a bad edit or I'm a retard. Thanks for all the help guys. It looks my MB and CPU upgrade will be more to just make a modern home (PCI-E) for a new video card.

I did that. I uninstalled acrobat 6 and installed acrobat 7. It worked the first time I ran it, then I tried to open a pdf and it locked up. Now when I just start the program I can't see it. Task manager says it's running, but I can't see it.

Sorry I didn't get back to this. I went a couple days dreading the idea of uninstaling and reinstalling. Then just out of curiosity I tried to run it and it worked just fine, and it's worked just fine since then.

2000lb Electric winch for $49 from Harbor freight. 1/2" Impact for $14

WOOT!, I've been looking for a winch for my ATV, I just compared the specs for this against the specs for a 2000 lbs super winch and they are comparable, this one has a little more horsepower (.89 compared to .71) but it's a bit slower (who cares) and I'll have to buy and rig a rocker switch...
