Here are some 50 1.4 pics. There is some halation associated with this lens wide open... I think at 1.4 the sharpness is workable and fine. The focus is faster and quieter than the 1.8. Also the bokeh is nicer and rounder than the 1.8. These are all handheld at iso 400

When you get to each companies top of the line lenses, I think that you will get close to the same image quality.
With Canon L lenses, you are getting weather sealing (with lens filter), better build, faster and quieter AF when you buy the canon L lenses.
Now are they worth 2-3x more than...
I got rid of all my canon lens cap... they suck. I bought either tamron middle/side squeeze ones or generic canon middle/side squeeze ones off ebay (they have the string thing attached but i usually clip those off). So much easier to take on and off especially with a huge lens hood on.

Eventhough they say debit, you can't use it with pin access. It has to be processed as credit card. Also some prepaid cards wont allow you to use the whole amount. Like if you have $35.49 left, you can only really use $34.95.

Yes they do get accepted even if they had cancer and what not. Thats why the premiums are higher for the employeer. Also there is usually a waiting period though before they can treat a "previous condition."

One of the main reasons is, with private health care, they can deny you initial coverage based on your past records like cancer, stroke etc... With business health plan, they can't deny coverage so the cost is higher. In effect the business owner is paying extra for the ones who are already...
The daylight bulbs that ive seen at home depot, lowes and walmart were 6500k. They were too harsh for me. I ended up using the 3500k bright white ones. They felt better on my eyes than the 6500k ones.

I bought the nova foam from costco and ended up giving it to my parents. It was too hard for me. It didnt feel like the temperpedic ones at all. So I searched amazon and found a clone of theirs 12" queen memory foam. I like this one much better. It did take a bit to get rid of the foam...
Some stores charge because of all the small dollar amounts the store carries like candy and pop. Lets say a credit card charge cost them 25cents+2% of the transaction cost. What if they sell a 30cent piece of gum? They probably only make 5 cents on that candy and if someone uses a credit card...
