Audio Output: RCA 2 Channel Stereo Playback That says it all. No Dolby Digital output. Looks like it "dumbs down" every thing to 2 channel stero. Probably not even Surround Sound 2.0. Video Output: Composite (RCA) No S-video either.

DVD Copy Software .....Hot if it works...

This would compress the video stream and makes a VCD out of a DVD. Lower quality image. 4+ gigs of data gets turned into 700megs. You also lose the 5.1 audio. But I don't know if it really works.
