I have a digital video camera and want to capture home video and burn this to a dvd that can be seen on a home dvd player. I have a dvd +r recorder and a capture card, but everything I have tried, software wise has failed. what am I doing wrong? please advise me on the best piece of software...
Yes the drive has software on it already and has been working with this computer I removed it yesterday and took it to a friends house and when I returned to reattach it to my computer it has not worked since.....
I have a usb 2.0 external hard drive (maxtor) when I plug it into any usb port it gets installed and reports that it is now working but I have no drive letter assigned in the control panel or in window explorer. If I go to the device mgr, it is there and says it working. What am I missing...
I am running an asus a7n8x deluxe mb and trying to set up a raid 0. this is my first experence with raid. i have two maxtor sata 80 gig hd's. my question is how do i set the jumpers on the drives? is it still master and slave or what? lost in sc ....thanks in advance for your help

just bought 4 of these from newegg,all systems installed perfectly. one mob experenced a lock problem and rma'd back to newegg. they are replacing w/new k7s5a (2-day delivery @ no cost) newegg is a great company to deal with if you purchase the ecs.....

Not shure about the drivers. I installed the mboard and was following the book instructions. the hard drive that I use is ata100 and I thought that the drivers were required it operate the hard drive at the correct speed?????
