ATi Radeon 8500LE?

Well, I hate to start a "which card" thread, but... I'm in trouble. My GF2GTS burned out a bit unexpectedly, leaving me with no PC and about $200US to buy a new card. I'm looking to move away from NVIDIA so, I'm looking at an ATi Radeon 8500LE 128meg. I'm looking for intelligent opinions...

Best Budget Athlon Motherboard?????

SBLive! Value drivers for WinXP

The drivers included in WindowsXP caused me problems in specific games (Red Faction, for example). Creative now offers SB Live! drivers for WinXP from their site. These drivers work perfectly with my system, and I would reccomend downloading them. Oh, for the record, I'm running a VIA KT266...

can i damage a laptop by using the wrong power supply?

I had a power supply on an old Toshiba laptop go on me a while back. I replaced the power supply with one that was not meant for that laptop. A month later, the power supply began giving off smoke, and melted and warped the plastic considerably. Needless to say, the supply was shot, but the...
