Ordered a opt 146 from Monarch 2 weeks ago and it does 3Ghz at 1.4V SuperPI32M stable. Had it at 3.1 at 1.425 SuperPi stable too but my memory wont go past 250mhz and I dont want the lower divider. This chip could probably hit 3.2 or 3.3 with more voltage. It was a CAB1E 0614EPAW.

Make sure there is not a thick layer of dust between the heatsink and fan on top of it. I was overheating around 60 degrees C and after cleaning the dust off it dropped down to high 30's with my XP 2500+.

Unfortunately this is about the only way to get any dsl speeds above 768kb in Wisconsin since Ameritech caps you at that speed no matter what your order from another DSL subscriber. I prefer Time Warner Roadrunner though. I get 2mb/380kb for only $45. Ameritech also has horrible tech support.
