Upgrade HP HDX 16T video (9600M GT)

Yeah, I got a fully loaded HP 16T, and assumed the 9600M GT would be fast enough for med quality and at least at some 14xx resolution or more.... ahhh.. but it seems 1024 is about as high as I can go on a game like Lost Planet. Now I just have to figure out how long I'm going to keep it...

PCP&C Pulsating power?

Actually the Turbocool is really not that loud. Maybe a little more than the 750 Silencer. I was expecting much worse.

PCP&C Pulsating power?

Awesome! Well, just got a PCP&C 860W Turbocool. Let's hope it fixes my computer, and: 1) Doesn't heat my room like an oven 2) Louder than my oscillating fan 3) Fits in my case ok.

I just tried w/o the surge protector, and it still has the same problem. It is a Belkin Surgemaster II (don't know how many joules, but says 1875W max on the bottom)

wc3 hangs like a mofo on my 8500LE

It could be an add on card that's causing the problem. First try reinstalling drivers, if that doesn't work try without soundcard/network card or whatever else you have in there that's not essential.
