Don't quote me on this but I believe chapter 11 means they're just regrouping and restructuring and need to declare this so that their debt can be put on hold. So maybe this is the case in only a few K-mart stores.

I was a Compusa that day, but they were out of those games. They had a good deal on the CLIE 610C for $250. Must be clearing for the 615C but paying $150 more for a measly 8 megs isn't worth it.
haha, you guys sold out both of the rangeLAN cards. Wasn't interested in those 802.11b's anyway and tigerdirect.com (thanks sirpado) homeRF cards are new and basically the same price, plus they have the AP to connect to my cable router.

It doesn't say anything about having to purchase it after Dec. 1. It's just when they rent it out. Good find, but what am I going to rent for the Xbox if I already have Halo and DOA3 and don't like sports games?
If you're not into warez then you can get three pretty good games for 5 bucks. It includes SiN, Heretic II, and Battlezone II. The price of the cases and the box almost covers the whole thing.
