Stocks Seem So Simple... Is It?

short term investing = dumb. First, the transaction costs will hurt, secondly the taxes will hurt even more, and that's if you're lucky enough to come out with a profit in the first place. Risk don't equal reward.

Why is XBOX so freakin loud?

I know what you mean Spooner... with games it's not too bad cause the sound usually covers it, but with DVD's (especially quieter movies) it's very irritating. One of the reasons why I bought my xbox was for the DVD player and now I'm thinking about buying one seperately. Definitely a nuisance...

What are the diffrences between the 6 colleges of UC San Diego?

I would go Muir... this coming from someone who went to Warren. Warren is in the boonies as far as walking around. It's a nice atmosphere inside the college, but it takes too long to walk to class. Most of your classes are gonna be at center/peterson/hss area, which is much closer to Muir as...
