    My taste would be OSB unpainted. You are correct though - if you want a complete finished look, drywall or much more expensive sanded interior plywood would be best.

    I imagine drywall will get dicked up pretty bad over the years.. OSB would fare much better, and give a better surface for mounting hooks etc to store things on the wall.

    Any plastic panel from a close year should work, interior or exterior. ABS is ABS. I only say try to get close to the vehicle year so the composition is similar.

    Clean, prep with TSP, spray with adhesion promoter, then spray with a few coats of vinyl paint. SEM low gloss black for vinyl. Proper prep/cleaning is the key. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trisodium_phosphate

    Get it running, you will get much more for it. Drain and clean the fuel tank, replace the fuel filter. After refilling tank, locate the fuel pump prime wire, remove the fuel rail cap and Schrader valve, put a rubber hose from it to a container, and flush out the lines. Check and replace belts...

    Closely inspect the rims and tires, inner and outer, for blemishes. If you can't find them - get an alignment, and get the tires balanced. During those procedures - it will be easier to find any possibly damaged components, and balancing the wheels will help find damage you may have missed...

    Refills suck - not worth the savings.. RockAuto and Amazon have great deals on arms.. I like the basic Rain-X. I get over a year out of an arm, longer in the old Cadillac, since it lifts the wipers slightly when they park.

    I would at least let the excess drain off. I'm not sure with the specific car, but it's not good to drive some automatics that overfilled. *I* would probably remove enough to get to the factory fill, observing the correct procedure in the manual.

    How old is it? There's a date code somewhere. Like "A4" (January '04) or something similar. 3-4 years (depending on climate) is the average useful life for a car battery.

    This. Get a cheap thermometer and see what the outlet temps are. A/C on high, windows up - ~2k RPM. You should see at least 45 degrees or better (colder)

    Thanks for that. It has 186k on it now. We have had it for ~2 years, bought it from a VERY anal uncle who took meticulous care of it. Still - I HATE unknowns, and will probably replace it in a week or so. Water pump, tensioner pulley, as well.
