Final Cut Pro for PC!!!

I really doubt FCP is gonna come to the PC. There is no reason for Apple to port one of it's flagship proggies (Many editors I know bought Macs soley because of FCP) over to PCs. And since none of the Mac rumor sites, which watch Apple like a hawk, have mentioned this rumor, I must conclude...

win98 and win2k

I'm dual booting 2k and 98, and 98 just crapped out on me and I think she needs a re-install. Will re-installing 98 overwrite the boot sector and screw me (i.e. not let me boot in 2k)? Thanx, DV

What program can take a TIFF file from my digi cam and make it a picture on my computer?

You might want to check your Photoshop settings and/or re-install 'cause Photoshop does handle TIFFs. DV

"Duality" - Star Wars themed - fight scene - Good or Crap???

In and of it's self "Duality" sucked (more of a Star Wars themed fight sequence than a movie). But, technically it's a cool example of what a small number of people can do on a lo/no budget project. DV

Is there any webiste that has a "cliff's notes" version of boox 1-8? I'm finally gonna have time to ready "Winter's Heart" (which I got for Xmas 200), but I can't for the life of me remember that much from 1-8, and I don't wanna read "Winter's Heart" and be like "What the hell is going on.." DV

Blackhawk Down rocked! 2 medal of honors winners!

Holy crap that was a good movie. Having Jerry Bruckheimer <sp> producing it made me worried it would suck, but holy cow it was a fantastic movie. I paid $9.50, and drove an hour to see it but it was well worth the drive and the money. There is like 15min of dialogue at the begining to set it...

iBook (MAC) purchasing question...

You really can't find a "deal" on Mac stuff 'cause Apple is the only one who makes it. You might be able to find some place that will save you $50-$100 but it's just not worth the hassle of looking IMO. I'd just got to apple.com and buy it direct. DV
