Step by step on reformating

here's it is...i messed something up when trying to upgrade with a partial 98se upgrade...now it won't boot to windows at all with a boot disk i can get to an A:\ prompt but that's about it what do i need to do to reformat....i'm pretty good in windows but dos i have no clue so i need a step by...

i nthe begining i set up my computer with 4 accounts but i really only used the one so everything was installed and set up from that account....now i want to use the other accounts and i want access to all programs but it continually says that my access is denied..all the user ratings are set as...

my old computer won't let me upgrade to 98se ....it continues to say it was interupted by antivirus software but i uninstalled almost every program except for act! ......i have no idea now so if anyone has any ideas i'm open to them

really? i havn't tried it cause i thought it would just reformat my hard drive (that's what my conversion from 3.1 to 95 did a few years ago)

looking to get a new network hub but i only need to machines on it.... almost all hubs i've looked at are 4 ports at 10/100 all i need is a 2 port hub but i don't think it is avalible i don't want anything real cheap but lower the better

i need help with changing jumpers for a new cd-rw

my set up is a dvd-rom on top which i want as the main drive..and an hp 9100 on bottom which i want as a 2nd drive..i lost the soft ware but i'm pretty sure my computer already has all the drivers needed to use it....after connecting it correctly...neither drive shows up in my computer yet both...
