Why won't 2k allow people to access my shares even with Guest Account Enabled?

Are you using NTFS or FAT32? I remember having this problem long time ago. The problem occurred when I tried sharing "C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Desktop" using NTFS. There is an extra tab called "Security" (don't remember actually cuz now I'm using FAT32) in your shared folder...

You can also use ACDsee. Go to browser mode, select pictures you want to resize, click the edit button on toolbar (which brings up a mini-toolbar), then click the the resize button on the mini-toolbar. Fotocanvas must be installed (I think) -- it's included with ACDSee 4.0.

Panaflo L1A and Enhance 300W....will the PSU fry?

YES, it should be ok. I have Enhance 350W and was also sick of the noise. I replaced Adda fan inside psu about 1 week ago with Pananflo L1A. No problems so far, and my system is on 24/7. It's much quieter too.

Can I replace my GF3Ti200 fan with a large heatsink?

I have the Leadtek SiS735 board. No problems here, although I am not overclocking. Why Leadtek over ECS? The Leadtek board has thermal protection, is more refined, a tad faster than ECS, and has less compatibility issues.
