say you have some images listed as 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, etc.. with acdsee, you can scroll through every image.. now a double scroll is when it'll skip every other image so it will go 1, 3, 5, etc.. also.. in games it'll skip every other weapon... or in fill out forms.. you know when you have the drop...
