    I've heard very good things about Tagan as well. I faintly recall seeing a higher rated Tagan going for 200. The Sparkle/FSP power supply is the same one used by SilenX and Nexus as far as I know. With a simple fan swap, it should be very quiet. There are huge heatsinks in that 400w FSP psu.

    I'm pretty sure Nexus and SilenX both use Fortron for their 400w PSU's, check www.silentpcreview.com if you want to check. Both of those power supplies are very good from what I've read. I would go with the Fortron and replace the fan with a panaflo L1A, personally.
