princos are the only thing i use with my pioneer 105. they are dirt cheap (well, cheapest of all that is), have a nice white surface i can write on, burn at 2x (firmware), and play in my xbox, dvd player, and friends dvd players. so i personally never understood where the problems lie.

Any good guides for someone looking into a wireless network for the first time?

I am currently trying to talk to several of the companies providing home network equipment, to do a feature/performance comparison. i am currently involved in a similar project at work , but we obviously don't use home equipment there (read: expensive solutions, ie cisco airespace aironet etc)

xbox is the best gaming console out there , hands down. YES you can mod it without opening it, but that doesnt let you play on LIVE! etc. mod chips are relatively cheap, as is installation (if u dont do it yourself). PM me if interested.

ditto, two for 50 each. as i said before im taking them to check cashing place, paying the $2 fee or whatever, and if it bounces let them deal with it. i don't think at places like that they contact you and deal with you etc but im not sure...its just less headaches this way. walk in, get...

my two rebates still say 'will be sent within 30 days' sigh solution when they get here - dont deposit it, just go to a check cashing place. pay them their $2 or whatever, better than bounce fees.
