he's not in need. he is going to make money on this deal regardless of what i do. i don't have to find the receipts. the receipts that i do have, i already know where they are. the rest i will have to call my credit card companies and get some kind of documentation from then.
I thought about this, too. That's why I have the third option on the poll. He did not pay that much for the car. In fact, whatever they do give him, will be more than he paid for the car. I, on the other hand, did put that money into the car... so the money was spent.

a.) It is vary rare that anyone can sell a modified car for much more (if not less) than the value of a stock car. The only way to get the full value that I know of, is through insurance.

i would do a 95ish civic ex coupe (or si hatchback) or a 95ish integra GS-R. the integra would be harder to find at that price but it can be done. of course... i'll be the first to admit that i'm biased towards imports but they are definetly great cars. reliable, economical, fun to drive, etc.
I saw a consumer news special where they tested this product. It kinda worked but no where near what was advertised. It was also alot more difficult than the commercial shows. I have had good luck with the "paint-less dent removal" services that are advertised in the yellowpages. I have had them...
