It's basically a precise temperature controlled water bath. You vacuum seal your food and place it into the water bath. This ensures that your food is uniformly cooked to the perfect temperature. It tastes MUCH better than it sounds.

Troubles pushing a route with openVPN

I have openVPN setup on an ubuntu server box. I can connect to this device and we can ping back and forth, but I can't get out to the LAN(192.168.101.0) that the openVPN server is attached to. I have a line in server.conf that says push "192.168.101.0 255.255.255.0" when I type route...

Question about virtualization

I had looked into view and it seems easier to deploy, but until they get PCoIP released I don't want to go that route and hope that it will be releases in the near future. I would rather have a solution that works today, than one that may work tomorrow. I did just test out win 7->win 7...

Thanks for the help, once we get the new hardware I may setup a test network and see if I can figure it out. There are only going to be 7-10 employees so I figured it was overkill, but seems like there is not much to setting it up anyway.

We're planning on upgrading HW and if something breaks I don't feel like trying to learn how to fix it. I'm hoping there is a simpler solution... unless setting up AD on sbs2k3 is not too difficult, than I will just learn how to set that up. We will likely migrate exchange to google apps...

What I was doing was ((1/12.5k)+j(1000)(c))^-1 From here I plugged it out by hand and a calculator to get the imaginary part. I than set this imaginary part(which was negative since this portion is capacitive) equal to the reactance of j5000 from the inductor. doing this I get 2 real roots...
