I've not seen it in stock anywhere, but I have an extra one (due to buying from two places and after long backorders and delays, both came in). It's new in the box, UPC is still attached, heck it's never even been turned on. I have the shipping receipt as well, so you'll have all the paperwork...
I wish I could find the original MS Natural keyboard somewhere. I bought one about fours years ago and it's still my favorite keyboard. If I could find any today, I'd buy three or four!
IS300, the Geforce2 GTS-V is almost identical to the Geforce2 GTS, perhaps a touch slower. So, figure on that chart it'd rate about 100fps. At any rate, it's significantly faster than a GF2MX.
It seems the stores in my area will not have the Canon A10 deal tomorrow morning. Can I call the Staples 800 number and order it that way or is this strictly a B&M deal?
Does anyone know of a 2 bay external USB or Firewire enclosure? I'm going to have an external HD and external CDRW and would like to put them both in the same enclosure. I've seen them for SCSI drives, but never USB or Firewire.
Nice deal on the camera.
Only Sony tapes cause problems? Interesting.
And on Consumer Reports, yeah, they're a good place to get basic info and start your research, but it's always best to check around and read multiple sources.
I'm new to PDAs, so I have a few questions about this deal (and PDAs in general):
Compact Flash expansion-- I have a few 64mb Compact Flash cards for digital cameras. Will these work in the Audiovox PDA?
Battery Life-- The ZDNet review said the unit claims 8 hours but their testing showed 2...
Then that is odd. I've never seen a media reader that won't let you eject the card. All the readers I've seen with eject buttons are just a mechanical level or spring that ejects the card.
So, you not only got them to price match a new camera to a refurbished model AND got them to accept a coupon AND they waived the next day shipping fee? You must have found an employee on the first day or something. That's some luck.
From what I remember about this camera, it's images are taken at 2.3 megapixel and then digitally interpolated to higher resolutions (up to 4.3megapixel).
I have a Canon Powershot A10 and bought a Mr. Flash 32mb Compact Flash card from NewEgg to use with it. I've had no problems with it and have seen no noticeable speed differences between that card and a Lexar 64mb card. It might have been something in the older Kodak cameras that was the problem.
I have an Epson 850 (purchased summer 1998) and use it only occasionally (sometimes two or three weeks between prints) and I've never had a problem with the printer heads clogging. Various friends and family members have an Epson 440, 600, 640, 880, C40ux, and C80 and nary a problem to be had...
Here's a question:
Can I buy this external case (or one like it) and use ANY CD-R/W drive? I'd be using the USB connection, so I know it'd be slow, but can I put a 12x CD-R/W in the case and use it? I figure I'd be limited to 6x or 4x for burning, which is fine by me as I'd be using it with...
ajf3, yeah, go Stillers! I was born and raised in PGH-- South Hills (Baldwin-Whitehall-Brentwood). Win or lose, that's going to be one HELL of a SuperBowl!
I'm not sure how they determine prices for open box items at the BBs near me. I've seen some items with a great discount ($300 receiver for $200) and SmartMedia at 25-30% off and then there's other items that look like the were dropkicked and then returned that are discounted a whopping 5-10%...
That's it, I'm ordering one of these. I can't pass up such a fine vid card for $50. A friend just bought a computer last night from Best Buy (yeah, I know) and it hampers a 1.6ghz P4 with a TNT2 M64. Yeah, you read that right. I think this will improve his gaming tremendously.
They're selling off extra copies now? Those must have sold instantly because when first released ALL FOUR of the Blockbusters I went to each had about eight copies of the disc. You'd think they'd order more for such a popular film. They had probably 20 copies of America's Sweethearts though...
Ah, the long lost IOpener... mine sits in a corner and serves mp3s on occasion. I got in on the craze in that first week and it sure was fun building it!
