Anyone mentioned the VMWare Player and browser? If you have some spare ram give this a try out. You can also use it to play other virtual machines, so you can run linux while running windows or vice versa.

Call Gary Glitter. He was great at hiding his data :) He had so much child porn on that box that a 6 year old probably crawled out of the case when they opened it up.

For anyone that doesn't know, that area is extremely cheap to live in. I just finished my undergrad at ETSU. Housing is very cheap, land is cheap, and those clearances are worth a fair share. Good luck hiring. PS. I know who you work for :)

Can't forget Raytheon. Hadn't seen it mentioned before you had mentioned it. If these companies come to your school take a resume and drop it off to them. I guess you have been out for a couple of years if you are at level 2 now.

I have found that the best for me so far is to instant message, as I feel I have to respond quickly. I still have my qwerty keyboard hooked up as well, so that will hinder my learning curve.

Well I decided. I went with the eVGA 7800 GTX. It is overkill for the monitor that I currently have, but a monitor upgrade is not out of the question. I will just have to wait for another Dell deal on the 2005 or 2405, or maybe even one of the new Gateway monitors. I will be extremely happy...

1x 1gb stick vs. 2x 512mb sticks

Due to larger addressing space needed for the 1 gig stick, 2 sticks should offer better performance. If you want to go to 2 gigs down the road though I suggest the 1 gig stick.
