My friends laptop had some viruses and it came to the point where it would not boot into xp. He asked me to come over and format it and reinstall xp so I tried to do that and got this error.

I formatted my comp this morning and just reinstalled cs. For some reason now no matter what I change my sens to in cs it dosnt change at all and feels the same. Anyone have any idea why this is happening?

I dont think it was stupid for people to preorder off steam early at all. Valve was smart by offering CS Source if you preordered through steam early and its going to pay off for them in the end.
