HELP! GAMES KEEP CRAPPING OUT ON MY SYSTEM!

TRANSFERING MP3s ON A LAN - SONGS GETTING CUT OFF

Thanks for the advice, but I'm not planning to overclock - strictly stock. Also, those mobos are out of my budget and cost twice what I'm considering. I really trying to go bare-bones here.

No, sorry, that's no it. This fix had the effect of permently clear the icons already in the list and preventing any new ones from appearing. I'd really like to find that fix...

CLEAR "HIDE INACTIVE ICONS" LIST

No, that's not it. It was a change made to the registry and it made the Hide Inactive Icons function in XP stop working altogether. It cleared the list and prevent any more from being created.

CLEAR "HIDE INACTIVE ICONS" LIST

I remember seeing a trick where you could clear the list of "Hide Inactive Icons" in the Taskbar and Start Menu Properties. You had to edit the registry and it effectively disabled the option, but I can't for the life of me remember how to do it - any ideas?
