If even the IQ is the same, the speed won't be, and all of us read the FPS they reach in the test.
and if because of this the FX get a lot more FPS the test is unfair.
And how is the IQ of the R9800 in bi-linear ?
So if the FX doens't do Tri-linear in UT 2003, test the Radeon 9800 also at bi-linear instead of tri-linear.
Seem more then fair to me.

But i don't like nVidia anymore, you can't tell what it's real performance is nowdays. Is it real or is it cheated? so i want to get rid of my ti-4200 as soon as possible :(

Well this advanced window tweaks are quite common know and i use them all.
For some real Radeon Tweaks get one of the tweakers, This one has a good explanation of what all the regsettings do.

Nvidia chipsets are know for the not so good 2D video quality.
The best fot 2D is a G400, but a Radeon is almost as good.
(some monitors have a shimmering problem with the Radeon but that can be cured with a reg-setting wich is build in this tweaker )
win98se and im using the latest beta's 7072 but also have the withe-out problem.
People are hoping for some unified drivers with a large speed-boost and because of that people are not that satisfied with current drivers ;)
I have the desktop problem if i exit Tony Hawk, thought is was a game problem but it is the drivers fault :)

and Because Nvidia leaks Detonators all the time it will not mean they have good driver support, the latest Detonators 3 caused al lot of problems :(
I upgraded my V550 to a Radeon 32mb DDR and i love it
The Mx is a bit faster at 16bit and the radeon is a bit faster at 32bits
The DDR Radeon is indeed the best card at the moment that will last some time. It has the most DX8 features already built in.

Well after reading this post the choice is simple. The Radeon is it for me, I think the difference between 130 or 110 fps is unimportant I go for quality and future ready. Hell I even get a 32mb DDR version, slower clocked but fast enough for me. :)
