Dual Monitor question: Can I run 2 monitor profiles at the same time with Windows XP? (one for each monitor)

LCD's: Which are decent for gaming?

I ordered the new Samsung 172T which is coming out this week/nextweek. I would highly recommend you check it out. Samsungs have a great reputation, and this one is thin-bezel, with 25ms response time and 500:1 Contrast. I was looking at the Viewsonic VX-800, but Tom's Hardware rated the colours...

Thanks for the input, foofoo :) Neilm, I hear ya! As a student it's tough for me to afford a nice LCD display, but I figure.. you can't put a pricetag on your eyesight. So I'm willing to spend to save it :)

Nice site :) I like the idea of the extended warranty for lcd monitors, except reading through I found it very hard to determine what is and is not covered, especially in reference to pixel burnout. Is it just a longer manufacturer warranty, or is there additional coverage provided? Other then...

I'm looking to buy this new LCD display, which on paper seems quite good and at a great price. http://www.samsungelectronics.com.hk/monitor/lcd/172t.html But I'm quite concerned about burnt pixels or other LCD warranty issues, and how good the Samsung warranty is.

Looking to buy a 17" LCD Monitor. Any suggestions?

My eyes are going crazy from spending 18 hours a day in front of my computer reading text from homework and stuff. I like to play games, and realize LCD screens aren't the best for things like that, but would like one that can run games fairly decently. I have a DVI output on my geforce4 ti4200...

Which server case? YeongYang or Chenbro?

Sorry I don't know much about those 2 cases, but I just purchased a Lian-li PC62USB up here in Canada, which is 100mm longer then the PC60 and made for dual motherboards. I personally love my case, even tho I really didn't need the stretched case, since i'm not going dual processing. It is 18"...

Has anyone had any experience with the hsf that comes with the AMD 1800+ Retail?

In terms of cooling and Noise Level, how is it? Is it worthwhile to purchase a 3rd party hsf and go with an oem 1800+ processor instead?

Trying to decide between the Antec SX1030 or the Nikao Noblesse case (links inside and looking for opinions)

Thanks for the responses, and warm welcome here :) I think I'm gonna go with either the Antec or the Lian-Li PC60 which has been getting great reviews as well. These 2 cases seem to get the best reviews and feedback in the forums, and the Antec comes in a sweet blue at designcomp.com :D
