    Some lug nuts have a taper on the end that fits into the hole on the rim. That end clearly should be threaded onto the rim first. If you thread the lug nut on with the other side in, it won't hold the rim properly. It's not at all impossible to put lug nuts on backward.

    The answer is that yes, the task will still run even if someone else is logged in. However, you could have tested this for yourself in far less time than it took to get an answer in this thread. Create a new user, schedule a task to run as that user 2 minutes from now, see if it runs.
