I was able to get this to work by logging in with my Best Buy account then pasting the link at the top of this post. It didn't work for me the first time when I tried going to the link, adding items to get to $25 and then checked out. I think the key was logging in first.
Why risk it. Dell Small Business has 20% off in their Software and Peripherals for Cameras. You pay $400 plus tax for the camera and shipping is free. I'd go with someone more reputable.

There's no deal advertised for the 20", but if you put it in your cart, they take 15% off. I checked, and it's still valid. Fortunately, I was able to get one last week with this 15% plus another 15% from a small business coupon Dell emailed me.
The rebate link shown from the Amazon.com site for the DeskJet 5550 says only HP Pavilion PCs. Make sure you use the original link in this post to print out the rebate form Rebate Link
You don't have to be an MSN member, as this link is available from the MSN home page (at least it was a few seconds ago). Just a special offer that Dell is offering to people visiting the MSN web site.

Note, you can't use the coupon codes on anything but the systems you create through the links on the page. They just plain don't work and will invalidate any other deals currently offered that show up as coupon-like discounts in your cart. Rebates are still valid.

I think the $200 rebate is only good on the Ready-To-Go Notebook configuration. That one is priced at $1324 before rebate.
If you look at the rebate details, it says it has to be for Order Code 1100RTG. So, I don't think it will work for the $799 configuration.
