    Pills that will help me sleep

    I have tried Melatonin and it doesn't effect me at all, don't even feel groggy. The best and safest way for me is to smoke a bowl or 2. If that isn't your style then, I sometimes take 1.5x the recommended dosage of Nyquil and BAM im out.

    I would say you did the wrong thing. Betrayed his trust, didn't even try talking to him first and it's just weed, it's not a hard drug. But I am not going to get into a flame war over that.

    I don't know of any, and GC disks aren't normal mini-DVD disks so it would be hard to make one.

    I would not encourage them to refrain from drugs or encourage them to use drugs. I would tell them everything I know about the dangers and benefits of drugs. Then let them make choices for themselves. Until I see it negatively affecting their lives or warning signs of trouble, I would not...

    So you don't use drugs, but you consume alcohol, which you call a substance...interesting. Alcohol is much more serious and more harmful than alot of drugs, even hard drugs. Also why would you only educate them on the harmful sides of drugs, why not educate them about some of the benefits...

    I would not leave her unless it was effecting her or the people around her negatively. I know alot of people that use "harder" drugs in moderation and still live very successful and fulfilling lives.
